We're calling this our 20/20 Photo and you can hopefully figure out the reason why (nothing to do with the year!), but we also want to know the names of everyone in it;  what is the reason for the gathering, and where and when was it taken?  To make it as easy as possible we have included two blow-ups below the main photo, and you can use these to provide us with their names. Believe it or not there is an least one person in the photo still working at Prospect and who provided us with it.

I think I've figured out why it's called a 20/20 pic: there are 40 (20 + 20) people in it!

Editors note - Quite right Davie, but to be specific, there are 20 men and 20 women in the photo!

Shelley Grant is on "Coop's Big List" under her official first name of Shalimar Grant.

Editors note - Well spotted. I had no idea.

l believe that Shelly Grant later became WPC771, but l don't know if she's still in the job.

Editors note - Many thanks Davie. I can't locate any record of Shelly in our files but will check further. As you know her badge number I'm not for one moment questioning your memory!

I believe that the lady above and on Penny's left is Cynthia Butcher, the wife of retired PC Carlyle Butcher. Also is it Shelly Grant, who is above and between George Garrod and Gerry Harvey?

Editors note - Many thanks Phil. I don't know Cynthia Butcher but perhas we can somehow check with Carlyle to confirm that it is Cynthia. I'm fairly sure you're correct about Shelly whose surname I couldnt recall.

Unfortunately, our favourite dance venue isn't open due to Covid but we still occasionally dance around the kitchen or conservatory but the space is limited!!

Editors note - Now that's determination - keeping up the practice. Love the photo of you and Mike and all your beautiful family and will post it in our "Keeping in Touch" column.

Mrs. Lorhan was a secretary at Police Headquarters... I forget her first name but I also think her husband was John. They lived in a lovely house on South Shore Road east of Tee Street. They had a small studio cottage they rented out and my parents stayed there from about Oct. 1967 until February or March 1968 after my dad retired. A lovely couple with two young children at that time.

Many thanks Carolyn. It's amazing how a photo can evoke all sorts of happy memories. Hope you and Mike and family are all doing as well as can be expected during these difficult times, and that you still find time to put on your dancing shoes!

Re Margaret Young: the answer to your question is yes. She married Hotels footballer and Hamilton Princess doorman Stan Young round about the time I came to Bermuda, and they had a daughter Lisa who is now the actress Lana Young.

Editors note - Spot on Davie. Margaret in a neighbour and we occasionally see her beautiful daughter, Lisa (now) Lana who I believe is having a successful acting career.

Roger's question at #17:
"Would Margaret Young be the Irish lass who went on to become very successful in real estate?"

Answer: Yes Roger, that is she. Perhaps a near neighbour of yours to this day.

Editors note - Correct George. Margaret lives just across the street.

My recollection about Edna's husband John is that he was never a policeman but was a business man in Hamilton.
In respect of who "Budgy" Lohan's wife was, I think her name was Joan and not Jill. In any event, she is not in the photo. Joan was close friends with Helen Hay - who I haven't seen around for many a year?

Editors note - I know Budgy's ex-wife, Joan, quite well, and ohn Logan;s wife, Jill, was my next door neighbour here where we're living now. Jill is now living at Westmeath.
